Photographers/Videographers Wanted
Help us share the event and tell our story. If you are looking to give back, join our circle of skilled volunteer photographers and artists who help us at the festival and throughout the year. We always seek professional photographers and videographers to help capture various aspects of our three-day event.

Sunday Family Fun Day
We are looking for 3-4 additional FULL DAY volunteers to help us set up, manage, and break down our fun family day in Point Reyes Station!
Shift is 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. Naturalist skills, or having worked with children or bilingual in Spanish, is a bonus, but not required.

Field Event & On-Call Volunteers
Let's make this festival unforgettable — together!
Field event volunteers will take on several administrative tasks in the field, including checking people in and having them sign our liability waiver, assisting our guides with group management, taking event photos, and communicating with our team, attendees, guides, and more.

See which events still need volunteers (these are listed as events without tickets sold) and sign up.
Each event has one volunteer ticket. If an event is sold out, a volunteer has already been assigned.
Be sure to provide your contact information for each ticket you select, and only pick one event per day!
Follow the prompts, click the box that says "Use this info at checkout," and ensure you click the green Submit button at the very end.
You should receive a prompt confirmation of your registration. If not, your ticket will be held for a few hours before it’s released again.
Friday Fauna Forum
& Saturday Social & Keynote Benefit Volunteers
Volunteers will assist with event set up, breakdown, and staffing the events. This role does not include access to keynote programs.
Volunteer Requirements
Volunteers must be at least 21 years old and sign a liability event waiver.
Be able to multi-task in an indoor/outdoor environment with various elements, personality types, and climates.
Be physically able to lift and move event items up to 20-30 pounds or in tandem with other volunteers.
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with a friendly and positive attitude and be able to provide basic customer service.
Be able to take direction from EAC Staff, Board, or keynote event staff.
Have transportation to and from the event.
We will follow the County of Marin Public Health Guidance during the event. No COVID restrictions are in place now.
